Frequently Asked Questions
How are your prints made?
Each piece is made to order and produced by a professional fine-art print lab. You choose the size and material, and your artwork is crafted specifically for you — nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse.
What materials and sizes can I choose?
Depending on the image, options include photographic prints, prints under acrylic glass, aluminum-mounted pieces, and framed prints, in a range of sizes. Open any artwork and select the combination you’d like — the price updates as you choose.
Why do the finishes and prices vary between images?
Each photograph is offered in the materials and proportions that suit it best, so the available options and pricing differ from piece to piece.
How long will my order take?
Because every piece is made to order, production and delivery times vary by product and destination. Your estimated timeframe is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email, always in business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How will my print arrive?
Your work is packed with great care — smaller prints ship flat, larger prints ship rolled in protective tubes, and framed or mounted pieces are individually boxed. Orders with multiple pieces may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Can I return a print?
Because each piece is custom-made to your order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns — but if your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll remake and reship it at no cost. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
