Welcome to Ian Bryant Photography. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Products

All artworks are fine-art photographic prints produced individually to order in the size and material you select. Because prints are made to order and finishes vary by material, slight variations in color, tone, and texture between what you see on screen and the finished piece are a natural part of fine-art printing and are not considered defects.

Orders & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order; if we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

All photographs, images, and content on this site are the original work of Ian Bryant and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that physical artwork for personal display only. It does not transfer any copyright, and the images may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timeframes and packaging are described in our Shipping Policy. Because items are made to order, returns are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which covers damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ian Bryant Photography is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the products purchased. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ian Bryant Photography operates.
