Returns & Refunds

Every artwork in this shop is made to order. Each print is individually produced in the size and material you choose and finished by our professional print lab, so production begins only after you place your order. Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, orders cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind once production has begun — this is standard for custom fine-art printing.

What we do guarantee is that your artwork arrives exactly as it should.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery at ian.bryant@me.com with your order number and a few photos of the item and its packaging. Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll arrange a remake and reshipment right away.

Cancellations & changes

Because production starts soon after you order, we can only cancel or change an order if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make a change.
